Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

Returns Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@guezio.com before sending your item back to obtain the return address. Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@guezio.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us at contact@guezio.com for the return address. You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For items valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
